We agree on a pricing framework at the start of the partnership,  including MAP policies and floor prices, and we manage within that structure. Pricing decisions that affect your broader channel strategy stay with you. We flag situations where market conditions require a conversation and make recommendations, but we don't move unilaterally on anything that affects your brand pricing integrity.

We audit the listing on intake and begin brand protection enforcement immediately. Unauthorized sellers are identified and removed through Amazon's reporting mechanisms and, where necessary, cease-and-desist processes. It's rarely instantaneous. Amazon's enforcement timelines vary but it's a structured process we manage on your behalf from day one.

Yes, and we build it that way. The infrastructure we create, Brand Registry, content library, campaign architecture, operational playbooks is yours. If the goal is to develop internal capability over time, we can structure the partnership with a transition plan built in. Some brands stay with the distribution model indefinitely.
